The position is responsible for providing direct support to the High School Principal and Assistant Principal in the operation of the High School Offices and programs. Prior experience working with budgets and purchase orders preferred. Hourly pay range minimum is $14.59. Offered rate is based on experience. Qualifications Prior secretarial experience required High School Diploma or equivalent required Additional training or degree in business or related fields preferred Highly skilled in office technology, including Google Applications, Microsoft Office and Database Programs Must possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Must be cooperative, congenial and customer service oriented Ability to handle confidential information Ability to follow written and verbal directions Ability to read, write and communicate effectively Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks Application Procedure All applicants must complete the entire online application and are required to upload a cover letter and resume.
