Customer Service Representative (Hybrid | No Weekends)

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Assist with orders, product questions, and issue resolution

Location & Schedule

• Location: Fall River, MA
• Training: First 2 weeks onsite (paid)
• After Training: Hybrid schedule
• Hours: Fulltime, Monday–Friday
• Shifts: Day, mid, and evening options

What Will Help You Succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2+ years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask across systems
• Detailoriented with good time management
• Comfortable in a structured, performancedriven environment
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Positive, customerfirst mindset
