Responsibilities:
Interact directly with customers to deliver exceptional service and resolve any questions or concerns.
Apply strong communication skills and professional etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
Perform accurate and timely data entry to keep customer information up to date.
Identify customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable products or services.
Use upselling strategies to enhance sales and increase revenue.
Work closely with the sales team to meet goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Present product details clearly and convincingly to support purchasing decisions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong customer-service orientation.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while achieving sales objectives.
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
