Evolve Gymnastics LLC in Watertown MA, is looking for committed, dependable, and enthusiastic gymnastics instructors and coaches with a strong work ethic and a passion for working with children of all ages and skill levels!
For us, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of the sport of gymnastics and some coaching experience. We welcome anyone with a children's education and/or an athletic background to apply! This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, high-energy community of motivated recreational and competitive gymnasts and coaches. We currently have availability for part-time employment and are happy to work with you on building the hours and schedule that work for you!
We offer competitive rates, flexible number of hours, and ability to pick up additional hours as desired on an as-needed and available basis.
We are currently hiring gymnastics coaches for weekdays afternoon , and Saturday/Sunday classes. Ideal candidates have experience working with young children, a positive, energetic attitude, as well as personal and/or coaching experience with gymnastics.

Responsibilities
- Lead and assist rec classes and team
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes by following proper health and safety protocols
- Teach athletes new skills and encourage their personal development
- Manage athletes behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a gymnastics setting is preferred
-Experience with the sport of gymnastics
-Experience with Spotting Basic Skills
- CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage athletes on the sport of gymnastics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for working with children and creating a fun, inclusive environment
