Your Role

As a Personal Stretch Trainer , you will play a key role in helping clients move and feel their best in a welcoming, high-energy environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with clients and is eager to learn and grow within the wellness industry.

Position Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available (evening and Saturday shifts required).

Pay Range: $19-$23 per hour (based on experience).

What You’ll Do:

✅ Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to help clients improve mobility and recovery.
✅ Listen to clients’ goals and needs, ensuring a personalized and effective experience .
✅ Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with our Physical Therapy team .
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment.
✅ Engage with clients and build strong relationships to foster community and membership growth.

✅ Complete on-the-job and ongoing educational training to grow your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Passion for wellness, stretching, and helping others move and feel their best .
✔ Background in Personal Training, Physical Therapy Aide, Pilates, Yoga, Exercise Science , or a related field.
✔ Experience working hands-on with clients in a fitness, recovery, or wellness setting.
✔ Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to empower others .
✔ A welcoming, positive, and empathetic approach to client care .
