This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in behavioral and intellectual disabilities who is passionate about leadership and pursuing a teaching license. ?? Position Overview + Location: Fall River, MA + Start Date: ASAP + Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:20 AM - 2:30 PM - MS/HS and 8:30-3:30 PM - ES + Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year + Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour ?? What You'll Do + Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings + Implement and oversee behavior support plans and academic activities + Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress + Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistent support strategies + Assist with changing/toileting as needed + Help implement IEPs and behavior support plans ? Requirements + Bachelor's degree required + Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral and intellectual disabilities + Demonstrated leadership experience in educational or behavioral settings + Strong skills in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking + Passion for education and a desire to pursue a teaching license + Comfortable working with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury ??
