About Café 641

At Café 641, we’re more than just a coffee shop. We’re a family-owned business serving up fresh, delicious breakfast and lunch options alongside perfectly brewed coffee. Open daily from 7 AM to 3 PM, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly and inviting space for both our guests and our team.

What You’ll Do as Our Manager

As the Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Café 641. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and inspiring a team of baristas and cooks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

- Overseeing food and labor cost controls to maintain profitability.

- Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.

- Creating a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment.

- Ensuring guest satisfaction by being a smiling, approachable, and hands-on leader.

- Maintaining flexibility to work early mornings (as early as 4:00 AM) and weekends.

- Traveling as needed to support business operations.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred).

- A strong understanding of food and labor cost controls.

- An energetic, team-player attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.

- Minimal/unrestricted availability, including weekends.

- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
