What You'll Do
Conduct thorough assessments and intakes to develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals via a secure telehealth platform.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
Stay up to date with the latest mental health research, evidence-based practices, and ethical standards.
What We're Looking For
A master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
An active state license to practice independently as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist).
Experience providing telehealth services (preferred but not required).
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
