Part-Time (As Scheduled Weekly) | $18–$22/hour (DOE)
Job Summary
The Membership Ambassador serves as the welcoming first point of contact in the Club’s Member Engagement & Welcome Area , supporting member check-in/out, family communication, membership fees, and accurate attendance records. This role helps maintain safe, clean public spaces (including restrooms), supports opening/closing routines, and assists with day-to-day administrative needs. Reports to the Business Director and Membership Coordinator .
Must Be Available
- Mon–Fri: 3:15 PM–6:15PM
- Some evenings until 9:00 PM
- Some Saturdays/Sundays
Key Duties (6 Bullets)
- Welcome members and families; answer phones and emails
- Manage check-in/check-out and follow safety protocols
- Collect fees, issue receipts, and support membership enrollment
- Enter attendance/membership data accurately (My Club Hub)
- Keep public areas clean, organized, and well-stocked (including restrooms)
- Assist with opening/closing tasks, trash removal, and end-of-shift cleanup
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (email + data entry)
- Ability to stand for extended periods; occasional lifting 25–50 lbs
- CPR/First Aid required
- Must pass background checks and complete required trainings before starting
