Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications through phone, email, and other digital channels.
- Schedule appointments for sales and service departments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Generate leads through strategic marketing campaigns and customer outreach.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Provide detailed reports on lead activity and sales performance to management.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or BDC role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
