What You'll Do 

• Deliver prompt, high-quality service to commercial lines clients, assisting with business insurance products such as property, liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages.
• Build relationships by helping clients protect their businesses and supporting our community.
• Process new business, estimate premiums, complete applications and binders, rewrite policies, and provide underwriting info to carriers.
• Respond to client requests for quotes, account reviews, coverage changes, and new policies—by phone, video, email, and in person.
• Handle incoming requests from clients, carriers, and third parties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Cross-sell policies and actively recommend coverage enhancements at every appropriate service contact.
• Comply with agency procedures and use office technology.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products and risk management strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients and underwriters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting commercial insurance.
• Prepare detailed analysis and reports for clients and management.
• Represent the agency at community events to enhance our local presence.

What We’re Looking For 

• 1-2 years of commercial insurance service experience preferred.
• P&C license preferred.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator.
• Personal lines experience a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
