A prominent white-collar boutique firm in Boston with sophisticated national practice seeks a Legal Assistant to assist with all facets of business operations and litigation support.
Details:
- No legal experience is required, however, the successful candidate must be responsible, professional, detail-oriented, and willing and capable to learn/grow with the position.
- Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Candidates must possess strong intellect and be capable of handling challenging tasks.
- Ideal for recent college graduate considering law school.
- The position is for 6 months, but there is possibility for longer term extension.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Managing Partner/Firm Owner.
- Review and file complex legal documents.
- Organize and manage discovery files.
- Assist with hearing and trial preparation.
- Handle incoming calls and professionally interact with clients.
- Provide general legal and administrative support.
Pay range: commensurate with market
