Staffing Partner (Boston)

Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Staffing/Resource Management professional to join their team for a temporary position in the consulting industry. This essential role focuses on coordinating internal staffing efforts, ensuring resources are effectively allocated across projects. Compensation: $40-45 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct project staffing assessments by identifying team capacity and upcoming workforce needs
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline resource allocation processes
• Coordinate with global staffing teams to match candidates with suitable projects
• Maintain and update staffing data accurately using HR systems and Salesforce
• Provide timely reporting and insights related to resource utilization and project progress
• Cultivate strong relationships across departments to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently
• Support the onboarding process for new team members and assist in project transitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in resource management or related roles, preferably at a managerial level
• Proven ability to thrive in a structured and fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience working within the consulting industry or law firms is advantageous
• Ability to work in EST time zone, with flexibility to operate remotely or on-site
