Overview
Vang Coffee Bar is looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Kitchen Staff to join our team. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic, youthful environment and is passionate about Vietnamese cuisine and brunch-style dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Vietnamese specialty dishes and brunch items under guidance from the head chef.
• Assist in ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and ensuring food quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling practices at all times.
• Support other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Continuously learn and improve cooking skills through hands-on practice and feedback.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but must be meticulous, detail-oriented, and careful.
• Willingness to learn and try new recipes, especially Vietnamese dishes and brunch items.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Training: $15.25/hr

Official: $16/hr + no tip

Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Weekday: 8AM-5PM
• Weekend morning: 8AM-3PM
• Weekend evening: 3PM-8PM
• Holidays

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
