We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a healthcare office environment. This full-time position offers up to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role ensures smooth coordination of administrative processes, supports clinical staff, and maintains efficiency across scheduling, billing, and patient services. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and leadership skills, along with prior experience in healthcare administration or office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate office operations, including patient scheduling and administrative workflows
• Oversee billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain accurate medical records, credentialing files, and compliance documentation
• Support clinicians and leadership on operational and patient-related initiatives
• Ensure smooth functioning of phones, scheduling systems, and office technology
• Foster a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment for staff and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of office or healthcare administration experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Background in medical billing, insurance claims, or credentialing
• Ability to work on-site in Needham, MA

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Prior experience in a medical office management role
• Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare compliance processes
• HR support experience (onboarding, staff records, credentialing)
• Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
