**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch personnel and relay critical information as needed within the location.
+ Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing calls, incidents, and activities in dispatch logs.
+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as required.
+ Assist with monitoring access points, controlling entry and exit of individuals, and verifying identification as needed.
+ Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activities or suspicious behavior within the location.
+ Support emergency response activities by relaying information and coordinating resources according to established protocols.
+ Remain alert to potential security-related issues and report any concerns to management or law enforcement as appropriate.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
