Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-energy, service-driven environment. This role is hands-on, with a strong presence on the floor, focused on delivering exceptional hospitality, developing staff, and ensuring smooth operations. Bar oversight and inventory management are also key components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a fast-paced, service-focused team
- Partner with leadership to execute daily operations
- Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Foster collaboration between front- and back-of-house teams
- Assist with bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills
- Experience with bar programs and inventory systems preferred
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$75,000 annual salary
