- Improve Partner Performance by owning the strategy to enhance the efficiency and experience across our existing external insurance partnerships.
- Build Integrated Solutions that enable customers to seamlessly research and purchase the right insurance directly within our partners' platforms.
- Drive Tech-Forward Innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies to strengthen our digital presence within partners' ecosystems.
- Enhance the Agent Channel by leading significant improvements to our agent portal, making it easier for thousands of agents to research, buy, and service policies.
- Collaborate and Communicate effectively, acting as a crucial product liaison to ideate, prioritise requests, and ensure delivery meets cross-functional expectations.
- Manage the Agile Development Lifecycle, prioritising a constant stream of validated delivery objectives that directly support the company's ambitious growth plans.
$114,800 - $160,000 a year
The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The identified range is what Simply Business reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position. The actual salary offered within this range for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the geographic location of the successful candidate; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the successful candidate relative to the requirements of the role; the market data for this position in the specific work location; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees may also be eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.(We know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap.
