Job Summary

A Senior IT Financial Staffing Recruiter is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity for a REMOTE opportunity in the Boston market with Yoh. The Senior IT Financial Staffing Recruiter utilizes practical recruiting techniques, carries a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities. The Senior IT Financial Staffing Recruiter will work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contribute to the overall success of the business center. This position is a career path progression from a Recruiter and can prepare the ideal candidate to become a Principle Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate a track record in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc), policies and guidelines, and client service objectives. A successful candidate in this role has a track record in meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operate proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries. Provide support and take initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase. Operate with limited input from supervisor.
• Assigned as a mentor to Recruiters. Grow with Yoh SME or Learning SME.
• Demonstrate a high aptitude toward influencing desired outcomes through negotiation and candidate control. Maintains an ongoing pipeline of relevant passive and active relationships with exceptional talent to lessen time-to-fill and increase quality of job fills.
• Participate in creation of sourcing strategy by recommending ideas to satisfy client requirements. Highly proficient in leveraging online recruiting resources including job boards, professional affiliations, niche sites, social networking, etc. The Senior IT Financial Staffing Recruiter should research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify job specifications in order to fulfill client needs
• Other duties as assigned by management

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Knowledgeable of leading search practices
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components
• Negotiation and sales skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
• Five - ten years of experience
• AIRS preferred; Yoh Certified Recruiter (YCR)

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $59,360 - $89,040. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
