Therapeutic Mentor
Therapeutic Mentor Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) offers structured,
one-to-one, strength-based support services between a therapeutic mentor
and a youth for the purpose of addressing daily living, social, and
communication needs. The mentor works with a clinical therapist to
explore a youth?s interests and abilities and creates activities that
build various life skills and result in linkages to community
activities. Therapeutic Mentoring services are in person and typically
provided to youth in any setting where the youth reside, such as the
home (including foster homes and therapeutic foster homes). We encourage
individuals who believe they have the skills necessary to thrive to
apply for this role even if they don't meet 100% of the job
requirements. About us: Community Services Institute (CSI) was one of
the first outpatient community mental health clinics to offer home-based
