Patent Litigation Associate VIP-18868

Large GP firm recognized in The 2023 "Best Law Firms" edition. The Nationally-ranked practices
and Metropolitan Tier 1 groups include the firm's patent law and patent litigation practices.

The firm represents many pharmaceutical companies on the generic side in Hatch-Waxman litigation
matters, and patent law and patent litigation are considered to be high priority practices at the firm.

REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or a related field, and experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management are preferred. Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation is a plus. Additional requirements include: strong organizational and writing skills, excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment.
