Insurance Sales Representative POST NUMBER: 470077
We’re looking for a motivated sales reps who want to get their insurance sales licenses (property and casualty) to help customers with their insurance needs and grow our book of business. This is a base pay commission role and involves selling and servicing personal insurance policies, handling inquiries, and providing coverage recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and service P&C/Personal Lines insurance products
- Work leads, generate new business, and support existing clients
- Process policy changes, renewals, and general service requests
- Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
Requirements:
- Inbound sales experience (not necessarily insurance)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work the 12PM –8:30 PM or 2pm-10pm central shifts (occasional weekend work required)
