Property Operations & Marketing Associate

This role is critical in maintaining the exceptional standard of our properties and operations. If you have a passion for real estate, and an interest in marketing, we want to hear from you. Earn additional commission for any apartments you help rent.

Our office also houses a real estate brokerage as a sister-company so if there is an opportunity to get your license, or if you already have your license to join our roster there as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the maintenance staff schedule and to-do list, ensuring tasks are clear and manageable. Communicate any schedule changes effectively and report guest-caused damages for billing. You'll distinguish between normal wear and tear and actual damage, keeping our properties in top condition.

Platform Management: Lead the onboarding process for new rental platforms we join, managing the transfer of data including images, descriptions, and pricing. Regular audits of these platforms will ensure our listings remain accurate and appealing.

Social Media and Marketing: Oversee a simple weekly social media post schedule. Collaborate with our post designer on content creation and stay current on events for blog topics to boost SEO and website traffic.

Miscellaneous Duties: Manage key inventory and replacements, make necessary purchases for property upkeep, and handle lost and found items ensuring they are returned to guests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media management and/or content creation is a plus.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Willingness to conduct occasional off-site duties.
A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
