Client Relationship Manager
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic updates
- Handle client concerns or escalations professionally and effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
