• Reviewing daily banking activity to meet accounting policies and Model Audit Rule Controls,
• Check deposit scanning and other Treasury tasks.
• Completion of monthly basic journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations

Responsibilities: Primary Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank statement review. This includes cash balance review and reconciling support to bank activity.
• Work with Treasury customers throughout the company to share appropriate information.
• Support Treasury team in positive pay fraud protection check decisioning.
• Monitor cash management mailbox for bank communications and reports.
• Perform basic general ledger account reconciliations with accuracy.
• Perform basic treasury and revenue journal entries and post in Oracle.
• Support remote deposit check scanning as needed.
• Provide Oracle AR receipts entry support as needed.
• Addresses internal audit processes. Operates within an environment of strong internal controls

Qualifications: Education: Must have taken accounting classes. Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred Experience: Has studied accounting or business.
