Accountant I (Hybrid)

What you'll be doing:

• Compile ad hoc journal entries monthly and maintain a two-day close.

• Assist subsidiaries entering their financial results into Oracle via FDM Upload.

• Analyze accounts monthly through balance sheet reconciliation process.

• Support internal and external auditors with audit requests.

• Assist in the monthly consolidation by ensuring intercompany balances eliminate and related party transactions are properly accounted for.

• Research and resolve intercompany and related party variances with other accounting team members in a timely manner during the monthly close process.

• Provide reporting to management on the detail of related party balances.

• Review related party account reconciliations for accuracy and work with reconciliation owners to improve reconciliations and/or resolve issues.

• Create monthly related party invoicing and work with the treasury team to ensure timely cash settlement.

• Collaborate with HR to ensure the stock-based compensation data we receive is complete and accurate.

• Prepare monthly journal entries for stock-based compensation and reconciliations.

Qualifications :

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience

• 1+ years' experience with Excel

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
