Certified Medical Assistant

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Pittsfield & Lee, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Certified Medical Assistant to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: Pittsfield & Lee, MA

Pay: $23/hr

Description:

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height and records information on patient's charts.

• Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients

• Drapes patients with covering and positions instruments and equipment

• Sets up appointments and other administrative duties as they arise

• Phlebotomy experience is a plus

Location: Pittsfield & Lee, MA

Facility Type: Substance Abuse Clinic

Start: 2- 3 weeks from offer

Duration: 13 weeks

Hours: 40

Shifts:

• Day shift between 8am - 6pm - Monday - Friday 40 hours a week. no weekends

Requirements:

• Needs to be a CMA. Phlebotomy experience not required but a plus.

• Experience with pedi and adult preferred.
