Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Heavy Construction Laborers for projects located in Uxbridge, MA . This is a first shift opportunity with a Prevailing Wage of $68.80/hour . Job Scope:

• Perform physical labor tasks to support earthwork and excavation operations, including cut and fill grading.

• Assist in the layout, construction, and backfilling of retaining walls.

• Dig and backfill trenches for conduit and underground utility installations.

• Operate hand tools and small equipment under the direction of site supervisors.

• Ensure job site cleanliness and safety by adhering to established safety protocols.

• Follow directions from supervisors and communicate effectively with crew members.

• Work collaboratively as part of a civil construction team in varying outdoor conditions.

Requirements:

• • Minimum 2 years in heavy civil or sitework construction with hands-on experience in excavation, grading, and underground utility preparation.

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required. - TI offers course to qualified employees who have yet to obtain the certification.

  • Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather and site conditions.

  • Standard PPE

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from job site.

  • Must be available for the full duration of the project and committed to maintaining strong attendance.
