Field Service Coordinator

We are hiring for a Field Service Coordinator for a Temp-Hire job in the Gloucester, MA area with a Mechanical company!
Job duties would include:
- Answering phone calls
- Order Parts/Materials
- Receive Inventory job materials
- Manage Technician travel bookings
- Manage Truck Registration, Insurance and Maintenance
- Manage Technician Licenses and Certs
- Manage Company Liability Insurance Certs
- Manage all paperwork pertinent to the job such as: timesheets, service reports, job costs, purchase orders, etc.
- Write basic quotes
- Use QuickBooks Online to track all job info
- Interact with Customers
Requirements Include:
- Having experience with working for a Piping, Plumbing, or HVAC company previously
- Knowledge of and Industrial Process as well as Utility Piping
