Physical Therapy Assistant – LTAC in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. This travel assignment starts 07/20/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,662 to $1,744 with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift is day shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in a skilled nursing facility setting that provides LTAC rehab services.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervising PT for LTAC patients.
- Assist with patient evaluation, treatment plan implementation, and progress documentation.
- Facilitate safe patient mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activity training.
- Monitor patient response to therapy, communicate changes to the supervising PT, and adjust activities as directed.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment areas, ensure equipment safety, and uphold infection control and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary rehab team to support discharge planning and patient education.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work in a LTAC/Skilled Nursing setting.
- Availability for a 13-week assignment with 35 guaranteed hours per week.
- Day shift availability (8:00 AM–4:30 PM).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the supervising PT and rehabilitation team.
