Finck Perras Insurance Agency Inc in Easthampton, Massachusetts, is looking for a friendly, dedicated professional to join our amazing team as a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career.
No prior insurance experience? No problem!
If you have experience in customer service or sales in another industry, we will provide all of the knowledge and education you need to be successful and grow your career in insurance.

ResponsibilitiesMeet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Process customer policy change requests.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Handle customer renewals.
RequirementsPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
