Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract-to-hire role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who are ready to make a real impact with a manageable caseload and a supportive team.

You’ll work with 10-15 students, primarily in pediatric settings, for 4-5 hours each day, Monday through Friday, through the end of July. This flexible, focused schedule offers a rewarding balance between professional fulfillment and personal time.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Massachusetts SLP or SLPA license
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Skill in pediatric speech-language pathology
• Experience in educational or healthcare settings tailored to children
• Ability to collaborate with school staff, students, and families
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy to students as assigned
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with school goals and requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions and monitor student achievements
• Foster an encouraging and inclusive environment for children with varying communicative needs
