Job Description:
The Email Automation Marketer will execute and manage marketing automation campaigns, focusing on building and optimizing email workflows and automation within HubSpot.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build and manage email automation workflows within HubSpot

• Create advanced workflow logic including multi-branch automation paths

• Implement suppression logic, segmentation, and personalization within campaigns

• Translate campaign briefs, written instructions, and Loom walkthroughs into automation builds

• Support email campaign creation, setup, and execution

• Manage automation for global email campaigns including multilingual audiences

• Utilize AI tools to assist with translation and campaign preparation

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure accurate campaign execution

• Work independently to complete assigned automation tasks while maintaining communication with the team

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation

  • Proven ability to build advanced HubSpot workflows

  • Experience with multi-branch workflow logic

  • Experience implementing suppression logic, segmentation, and personalization

  • Ability to translate campaign briefs and documentation into technical execution

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

  • Highly responsive communicator with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to maintain consistent working hours with team collaboration overlap

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting global email marketing programs

  • French language skills

  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker

  • Experience using AI tools for localization or translation workflows
