Lead Maintenance Supervisor
Lead Maintenance Supervisor – Ashland, MA 01721
Take the lead in a fast‑moving community where your maintenance expertise keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide techs, and ensure residents enjoy a safe, well‑maintained home.
Job Description
- To lead maintenance operations and oversee technicians
- To perform repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry
- To complete work orders and preventative maintenance
- To ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness of all units
- To diagnose issues, manage vendor work, and support turns
Schedule: M–F, 8am–5pm
Pay: $27–$28/hr (based on experience)
Required Certification:EPA Type II or Universal
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior maintenance supervisor or lead tech experience
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues
- Experience supervising or training maintenance techs
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance
- Ability to manage work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance scheduling
- Experience in multifamily property management
- HVAC repair experience beyond basic certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
