Team Lead - Expert Enablement & Training (Nebius Academy, B2B)

We are looking for a Team Lead for our Expert Team focused on training, mentoring, facilitation, and session quality .

This is a hands-on leadership role combining expert development with ownership of session quality and learning experience. You will work closely with experts to improve facilitation, engagement, and delivery, while also ensuring smooth coordination and long-term collaboration with the expert pool.

What you will do:

• Onboard, coach, and mentor freelance experts , helping them deliver high-quality, engaging learning sessions
• Support expert development in facilitation, session structure, pacing, time management, and audience engagement
• Observe live sessions and recordings, using quality and AI-based tools to assess performance and learning experience
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and drive continuous improvement while preserving expert confidence
• Build and grow a strong expert community , creating spaces for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and long-term engagement
• Act as the main point of contact for experts, managing relationships, availability, and delivery coordination
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scaling of the freelance expert pool
• Proactively design and improve expert-related processes, initiatives, and community practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, teaching, or people development within adult, professional, or corporate learning environments, including online or virtual formats
• Experience leading or coordinating people within projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives
• Experience observing, evaluating, and improving live sessions
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, including the ability to give clear and sometimes critical feedback
• Strong understanding of session pacing, time management, and engagement dynamics
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with senior professionals in a non-hierarchical, freelance setup
• Experience working with freelance, external, or contract-based experts
• Proactive mindset with experience building processes, workflows, or initiatives from scratch
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Availability to work primarily within European time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience working with technical experts or subject-matter experts, including instructors or facilitators
• Familiarity with cohort-based learning formats
• Experience collaborating with Product, Content, or Operations teams
• Experience or strong interest in community building
• Additional languages (e.g. Russian or Spanish)
