Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze $150M+ in external legal spend, preparing monthly reporting for senior management and investment teams
• Serve as the primary liaison to external law firms for budgetary reporting and invoicing matters
• Support the preparation, tracking, and filing of SEC and other regulatory securities filings
• Assist with negotiating and reviewing Confidentiality Agreements, Engagement Letters, and other legal documentation
• Partner with internal teams across the global platform to ensure accurate reporting, strong communication, and timely execution
• Drive process improvements across legal operations and support ad-hoc legal projects

Qualifications

• Relevant experience at a major law firm or in-house at an investment or financial services organization
• Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting and presenting large data sets in Excel
• Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to interact diplomatically across internal teams and external counsel
• Knowledge of basic financial instruments; prior SimpleLegal experience is a plus
