Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required (TNCC preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; pediatric or emergency nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate emergency care for pediatric patients.
• Administer medications and assist in trauma and critical care procedures.
• Monitor and document patient status in the EHR.
• Educate families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient care.
