- Your responsibility is to provide the best customer care to resolve patient insurance claims or questions related to medical care and benefits information

Call Center Specialist Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the customer's concerns and complaints; providing them the best solution

- A ddressing any complications the member may encounter in the future

- Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients

- Sharing insights with the team on how to improve services

Call Center Specialist Qualifications:

- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment (office or remote)

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Reliable and hardworking
