A growing hospitality group is opening an exciting new restaurant concept in Needham, Massachusetts. We are conducting a confidential search for an exceptional General Manager to lead this approximately 165-seat operation (115 seats indoors, 50 outdoors) from the ground up.

This is a rare chance to shape the culture, operations, and guest experience of a new venue backed by an established and respected restaurant group.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will own the full operation of our restaurant. You will build and lead a high-performing team, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and drive the financial success of the business from day one.

This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the unique challenge of a new-restaurant opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations across a 115-seat indoor and 50-seat outdoor venue.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop a talented staff, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales reporting to identify trends and drive profitability.
• Guest Experience: Set and uphold the highest standards of service to ensure every guest leaves eager to return.
• Opening Execution: Partner with ownership and the culinary team to bring a successful launch to life.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• New-restaurant opening experience is highly preferred.
• A track record of building and retaining strong teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the guest experience.
• Local candidates or those within a reasonable commute of Needham are strongly preferred.
