Overview:

Due to growth, a growing outpatient clinic is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Mansfield, MA. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with a minimum of 20 hours and 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population:

We’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our high energy outpatient orthopedic team! You'll treat a diverse patient population, managing a caseload that ranges from pelvic health and/or general orthopedics to neuro and TMJ. If you're ready to bring your expertise to a winning environment, we want to hear from you.

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Full-time PTs should expect to treat 55 patients per week. Patient care is 1:1 for 40-minute sessions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. A bonus is available for productivity and performance.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends. No major holidays! Flexible scheduling is available.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for MA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.

• New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.

• Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.

• Candidates with 20 hours and 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
