⭐ Job Description

The Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) will provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, children, and/or adolescents depending on training and preference. This role includes conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering ongoing therapy rooted in evidence-based approaches.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, clinically skilled, and eager to grow with a practice that values autonomy, support, and high-quality care.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families
• Build and maintain a patient panel with steady referrals from the practice
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers for integrated care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EHR
• Utilize modalities such as CBT, DBT skills, ACT, family systems therapy, or other evidence-based models
• Communicate with families, schools, medical providers, or outside agencies as appropriate
• Interpret assessments and track patient progress
• Participate in case consultations and team communication
• Provide both in-person and telehealth sessions

⭐ Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts license as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT (required)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
• Experience providing outpatient therapy (individual, couples, or family) is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in building a long-term patient panel
• Trauma-informed, patient-centered, and culturally competent approach
• Ability to independently manage caseload and documentation
• Comfortable using EHR and telehealth systems
