The Whatnot Stream Shipping Specialist plays a key role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and shipping coordination within a small team environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this specialist manages package preparation, shipment, and returns processing, utilizing specific shipping software integrated with e-commerce platforms. The role supports shipping orders primarily from Whatnot streams, with occasional orders from other online platforms. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare packages for shipment following quality standards
- Coordinate shipping logistics to meet delivery deadlines
- Handle returns and process related documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in shipping and logistics
- Familiarity with shipping software and e-commerce platform integration
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
