Job Summary

Edgestone Staffing is looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Recruiter to join our team in Methuen, MA.

This is a full-cycle recruiting position specializing in light industrial staffing . The ideal candidate will have staffing agency recruiting experience and be comfortable managing the entire recruiting process—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making placements, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

The ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is essential, as you will work closely with a diverse workforce and regularly recruit Spanish-speaking candidates for light industrial positions.

This position offers a competitive base salary of $45,000–$50,000 , plus uncapped commission and discretionary performance bonuses , providing excellent earning potential for a motivated recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for light industrial positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, placement, and onboarding.
• Recruit candidates for positions such as warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, material handling, shipping/receiving, and other light industrial roles.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated staffing needs.
• Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, social media, internal databases, referrals, job fairs, cold calling, and other recruiting channels .
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Recruit and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking candidates in their preferred language.
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, background checks, onboarding, and start dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, availability, employment information, and recruiting activity in internal systems.
• Follow up with placed employees and clients to help ensure successful placements and retention.
• Identify opportunities to increase placements and revenue through effective recruiting and relationship management.
• Assist with resolving attendance, performance, scheduling, and other employee-related issues when necessary.
• Meet or exceed recruiting, placement, and performance goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish .
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience .
• Staffing agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or similar positions preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and communicating with candidates throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to commute to Methuen, MA 01844 .
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of staffing agency experience.
• Experience recruiting in the light industrial sector.
• Experience using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, or similar recruiting platforms .
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems or recruiting databases.
