We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our Leasing Operations team in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing leasing activities, ensuring data quality, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in the office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) and remotely for the remainder, combining flexibility with collaboration.
Responsibilities:• Provide leasing and real estate support by managing purchase order requests, reviewing installation documents, and accurately entering contract data.
• Process customer deliverables and milestones in databases, ensuring timely and accurate completion of lease management tasks.
• Resolve installation documentation discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external customers.
• Assist Associate Project Managers in creating and overseeing customer maintenance projects, ensuring smooth closeout processes and revenue generation.
• Prepare and upload customer documents such as lease packages, purchase orders, and other project-related deliverables into internal and external systems.
• Input administrative details, including fee requirements and special project codes, into project tracking systems to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate document uploads and ensure compliance with jurisdictional and customer-specific requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance process efficiency and maintain high-quality data standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from application creation to project completion.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant work or internship experience, preferably in an office environment.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and real estate leases or contracts is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on data accuracy and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with customer service, data entry, and working with databases.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.
