Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to learn and grow in the automotive business and industry! Service BDC (Business Development Center) is the heart of a great, healthy, and busy service schedule for any dealership!

What you do:
- Answer service related phone calls, book service appointments
- Follow-up with service clients 24 hours before their appointment
- Speak with service clients after completing their work to ensure they had a great service experience!
- Learn to pull each service client's service history in order to identify what scheduled maintenance is due for their vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and customer care!
- Smile over the phone!
What you Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Core Customer Service Skills
- Great Personality!
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Motivation to lean and grow!
- Good Team Culture
- Proficient use of computers/business machines
