You’ll serve customers throughout North Boston, Lowell, Concord, and Hampton while working with the newest technology in the market.

Impact areas

• Lead installation oversight to ensure code compliance and workmanship excellence
• Diagnose commercial and residential HVAC systems efficiently
• Deliver best-in-class customer service in every interaction
• Offer expert field technical support to peers and clients
• Perform sheet metal tasks to complete scopes of work
• Complete post-job inspections and leave sites clean
• Execute preventative maintenance to extend equipment life

What sets you apart

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience with strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivated; able to follow direction and excel solo or on a team
• Proficient in brazing; comfortable with 3-phase power
• Current MA or RI Refrigeration license
• EPA certification and OSHA 10 (mandatory)
• Skilled at reading voltages and using electric meters
• Experience with Aaon or LG Multi V systems (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

Estimated salary: $50–$65 per hour, flexible with experience and skills.
