Luxury Travel Advisor
Title: Travel Advisor
Location: Hybrid, one day in office in Los Angeles
Schedule/Hours:
Hybrid position : Mostly remote with at least one in-person office day per week to start
In-office expectations may increase or decrease over time based on business needs
Office hours: Between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No nights, weekends, or on-call expectations
No travel required as part of the role
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annually
Clover Travel is seeking an experienced Travel Advisor with previous experience and love for traveling. The Travel Advisor / Operations Manager is a client-facing and operationally critical role responsible for delivering seamless, elevated travel experiences for a discerning, luxury-focused clientele. This position blends white-glove concierge service with strong operational and administrative execution to support both clients and the business at a high level.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with concierge services and logistical planning for luxury travel itineraries
Conduct research on events, activities, hotels, and destinations to enhance the overall travel experience
Track, document, and communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant hospitality partners and vendors
Collect, organize, and maintain all travel confirmations and supporting documentation
Build detailed, client-ready itineraries using the Axus platform
Reconfirm all travel arrangements prior to client arrival to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Perform preliminary hotel, destination, and vendor research to support the booking process
Monitor trip payment schedules and assist with tracking unpaid commissions as needed
Maintain organized internal systems, workflows, and records
Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and internal team members
Perform additional duties as required to support seamless business operations
Note: The majority of client communication is handled directly by leadership. This role will primarily interface with internal team members and hospitality partners. Over time, limited client communication may be introduced under direct guidance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Experience supporting high-level entrepreneurs, principals, or executives
Background in luxury travel, concierge services, hospitality, or executive support
Well-traveled with firsthand exposure to luxury destinations and high-end hotels
Strong administrative, data entry, and operational skill set
Ability to quickly learn Axus or similar itinerary-building platforms
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Polished, professional, and client-ready demeanor
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information
Able to balance client-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes operational work
Passionate about luxury travel, service excellence, and elevated experiences

Compensation:
Salary range between $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience.
Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including educational background and experience.
