Position- Contract - Lowell Massachusetts-MA (Remote)

Required:

• 35 years Salesforce BA or functional consultant experience
• Experience gathering requirements conducting workshops documenting workflows

Ability to build:

• SOPs
• Process maps (Visio Lucidchart Miro)
• User stories
• Acceptance criteria
• Understanding of Salesforce objects: Leads Contacts Opportunities Cases
• Experience coordinating with technical teams (developers architects)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to support change management training and adoption
• Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose data/process gaps

Preferred Skills

• 57 years BA experience ideally in CRM or higher-ed
• Salesforce certifications:
• Salesforce Business Analyst
• Admin (ADM-201)
• Advanced Admin (ADM-211)
• Experience in education CRM environments (TargetX Slate EDA)
• Experience defining KPIs and reporting requirements
• Experience working with Marketing Cloud or MC Connect
• Ability to build business cases and roadmap proposals
• Experience with RFP-level documentation and client presentations

Specific Skills:

• Requirements analysis
• Process mapping (Visio/Lucidchart/Miro)
• SOP development
• Acceptance criteria creation
• Salesforce object model understanding
• Change management & training support
• Data quality & workflow analysis
