Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures using warehouse management systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• WMS and RF Device experience
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Supervising shipping operation, ensuring process is efficient.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
