Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Overview
Travel ER Registered Nurse needed for a 10-week assignment in Milton, MA. Emergency Department setting within a hospital. Schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with every-other-weekend coverage. Start date: 04/21/2026. Weekly pay range: $2,420 per week to $2,593 per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ED, including rapid assessment, triage, and ongoing monitoring
- Monitor telemetry, administer medications, initiate IV therapy, and respond to emergent events
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document assessments, treatments, and care plans accurately in the medical record
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control, safety, and hospital policies
- Facilitate patient disposition, including discharge planning or transfers as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS; TNCC required; PALS or ENPC preferred
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM) and participate in an every-other-weekend schedule
- Must pass telemetry ECG test and medications test on day one at orientation (85% passing required; one attempt only)
- Testing coordinated by the client via Zoom; schedule within 48 hours of confirmation
- Not within 50 miles of the assignment location (no local travelers); willingness to travel is required
